Live Online Editing Procedure

1. rename Web.config to web1.config so that the mobile/computer will not store the cache to see the real-time change
2. clear history or cache of phone by going to privacy > history > clear cache
3. on mobile go setting > maintenance > clean up device to clear the cache as well
4. after editting, rename Web1.config back to web.config at server
